Introducing our latest product development truck — a 2015 F250 CCSB 6.7! We’re expanding our product line to cover 2005–2016 Ford F250 and F350 trucks, and this rig is our platform for making that happen🤘🏼
We started with the biggest flaw these trucks are plagued with: the factory track bar and track bar ball joint. The OEM ball joint wears prematurely and is the biggest cause of wandering steering and death wobble — and the factory bushing on the frame end isn’t much better, coming with play straight from the factory. Our new track bar fixes both. The axle end replaces the factory ball joint with an FK Teflon-lined 1” uniball in a stainless steel cup, double-shear mounted through two 3/8” tabs. The frame end uses an FK Teflon-lined heim joint threaded directly into the 1.5” x .375” DOM tube for full adjustability and no weld joint. This design maintains factory track bar and drag link geometry — no bump steer introduced — and works on both stock height and lifted trucks still running the factory ball joint. Wear items are standard off-the-shelf FK parts, so maintenance stays simple.
Next up: 3.375” fabricated rear lift blocks. F250 4x4s came with a factory 2” block while F350 4x4s got a 3.375” — meaning a 2.5” level on a two-inch-block truck will sit nose high. Our fabricated block corrects this, complete with captured U-bolts and a bump stop tang to retain factory bump stops.
This is just the beginning — we have a ton of products in development for these trucks and will be releasing them in the coming months. As always, we’re grateful for the support that lets us keep doing what we love: building parts that make 1980–2016 Ford trucks ride better, handle better, and perform far beyond stock🙏🏼
