I had an excellent experience purchasing my new Sienna from Fowler Toyota, and I especially want to recognize Raziel for how helpful and kind he was throughout the entire process.
I explained to Raziel exactly what I wanted in my Sienna, as well as the features I didn’t really need or want to pay extra for. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was able to help me get a Sienna from the factory that was exactly the way I wanted it.
I really appreciated that Raziel didn’t try to pressure me into buying something with features I didn’t need. He genuinely listened to me and worked with me to find the right vehicle. He was very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
