Build Series Episode 2

The DuraClass dump bodies have arrived.

One of these 10 foot landscape dump bodies will soon be installed on a new 2026 Kenworth T280 being built for the MHC Kenworth lot.

This build will include a HYVA hoist, Muncie PTO and hydraulic system, air operated tailgate controls, spring assisted tarp, spread apron, lighting, and final testing by the All Wheel Drive Equipment team.

Next comes chassis preparation and installation.

Follow along as we turn a bare chassis into a work ready dump truck.

Every finished work truck starts with a vision.

This 2026 Kenworth T280 just entered our shop, and over the next few weeks we'll transform it into a work ready dump truck that will soon be available on the MHC Kenworth lot.

Before. During. After.

Mill Creek Lumber brought us a chassis with a used fireplace bed that needed to be removed, remanufactured, and installed onto a new chassis.

Our team handled the repair, fabrication, finish work, wiring updates, paint preparation, and installation to help get this bed back into service.

Not every job requires starting from scratch. Sometimes the right solution is rebuilding what still has life left in it.

The real job to be done was keeping a truck working for the customer. That's what this project was all about.
