The world has lost a great racer. A family has lost an even better father and husband. Tulsa Expo Raceway offers our sincerest condolences and prayers to the Busch family in this time of loss.

We're saddened to report that two-time Cup Series champion Kyle Busch passed away Thursday after being hospitalized with a severe illness.

Our hearts ache at the passing of Billy Hurt. A long time member the Tulsa Expo Raceway and American Sprint Car Series Fire/Safety Crew, Billy was more than that.

Mentor, Friend, and Hero. Over and over, we watched Billy react to protect and save the lives of drivers across the country with precision and excellence. Always, making sure those around him were taken care of. He was the definition of "one of a kind"

Our continued thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family as they work through their loss.
