We are currently seeking a full time, experienced upholsterer to join our team!

Upholsterer Responsibilities:

Interpreting design orders and creating upholstery stencils.
Dismantling furniture for upholstery preparation.
Measuring and cutting leather or fabric with the aid of design stencils.
Installing foam and batting to the furniture framework.
Installing and repairing furniture webbing.
Stretching out and installing fabric or leather coverings.
Stitching, gluing and nailing fabric into place.
Smoothing out imperfections.
Conducting quality checks on completed orders.

Upholsterer Requirements:

Proven work experience as an Upholster.
Design skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to draw and interpret design templates.
Knowledge of upholster tools including hot knives, nail guns and sewing equipment.
Ability to stand, kneel, and walk for up to eight hours a day.

Requisitos del tapicero:

Experiencia laboral contrastada como tapicero.
Habilidades de dise帽o.
Orientado al detalle.
Capacidad para dibujar e interpretar plantillas de dise帽o.
Conocimiento de herramientas de tapicer铆a, incluidos cuchillos calientes, pistolas de clavos y equipos de costura.
Capacidad para pararse, arrodillarse y caminar hasta ocho horas al d铆a.
