We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join The
CLEANTEAM as Secretary/Assistant at our fast-paced premium auto detail
shop in Tulsa. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have excellent
administrative skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
• Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling
appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and
accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize Excel to create spreadsheets, track data, and generate reports.
• Proficiently create and manage PDF documents to support business
operations.
• Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a personable and
friendly attitude.
• Maintain excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to
interact with clients, team members, and suppliers.
• Ensure a professional appearance with well-groomed attire and maintain
proper hygiene.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and comfortable creating PDF
documents.
• Experience in managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in payroll administration is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced
environment.
