What does standing behind a work actually look like?

For one customer, it meant returning after a previous catalytic converter repair when the check engine light came back on.

Rather than assuming the catalytic converter had failed again, our technician performed additional testing and analysis. The initial findings supported updating the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), so the customer approved that repair. When additional testing showed the catalyst monitor still wouldn't complete, the evidence pointed back to the catalytic converter, which we replaced under warranty. After the repair, the monitor completed successfully and no fault codes returned.

Sometimes the most valuable part of a routine service isn't the oil change.

It's the inspection.

A customer recently brought their Toyota Camry to us with a few questions about the vehicle. We started by investigating each concern. Some couldn't be duplicated. Others were verified through testing.

As part of our digital vehicle inspection, we also documented several maintenance items that were due and identified a moderate valve cover oil leak. Later, while performing the approved spark plug replacement, our technician found engine oil inside one of the spark plug tubes, confirming what had already been documented during the inspection.

That's how we approach every vehicle.

We inspect. We test. We document. Then we explain the findings so our customers can decide what makes the most sense for them.
