The small touches matter. Taking a few extra minutes to do the job right, paying attention to the details, and treating every RV like it's our own is what makes the difference.

Every challenge, mistake, and setback is a learning lesson. I didn't go to college for any of this. I'm figuring it out as I go, learning from experience, making adjustments, and continuing to grow.

One thing I always recommend is doing a full walkthrough with the customer before starting the job. It gives you a chance to point out any existing damage, stains, scratches, or concerns before any work begins. That way there are no surprises later, and you protect yourself from being blamed for something that was already there. Plus, it's the courteous and professional thing to do it shows the customer you care about their RV and keeps everyone on the same page from the start.
