What a beautiful way to start our Monday.

We opened the mail this morning to find this thoughtful card from one of our customers:

At Tucson Hybrids, we talk a lot about going the extra mile for our customers not because we expect recognition, but because taking care of people is simply part of who we are.

But when a customer takes the time to go the extra mile for us, too… it means so much.

A handwritten card. A kind word. Taking a few minutes out of your day to say thank you. Those little things have a BIG impact.

We feel incredibly blessed to have such kind and thoughtful people as part of the Tucson Hybrids community. Thank you for trusting us with your vehicles, supporting our team, referring your friends and family, and reminding us why we love what we do.

Iron sharpens iron

The Tucson Hybrids team is always investing in learning, leadership and growth. We’re honored to be part of a top 1% group of auto repair shop owners who challenge one another to improve and put those ideas into action!

During three jam-packed days together, we visited J&S Automotive to serve as a second set of eyes, share ideas and help identify opportunities to level up their shop.

One of our biggest conversations was about COMMUNICATION. Clear communication builds trust, while unclear expectations can quickly affect the customer experience.

That’s why we put so much effort into the Tucson Hybrids White Glove experience. We’re constantly working to improve how we listen, communicate and care for every customer who walks through our doors.

We’re incredibly thankful to be part of this happy group of leaders who encourage one another, share their knowledge and genuinely want to see each other succeed. We learn together, laugh together and return to our shops ready to take action!
