To Adaptive Vans, Inc. Management:

My husband of 39 years is a Korean and Viet Nam Air Force Veteran. He is an amazing man with great judgement. But his severe arthritis and other health issues have causes our roles to change somewhat. He is now confided to a wheelchair and for the first time I found myself in the drivers seat to find proper transportation: a wheelchair accessible van. A RV dealer suggested I take a look at the Adaptive Vans website. And I did. I was amazed at the prices and nice selection of low mileage vehicles. After much research I called Adaptive Vans and met Todd Tankersley. Our first conversation was lengthy and very informative. He was patient to discuss my concerns and questions in great detail. I continued to look for local opportunities because we live in the Fort Worth, TX area and Adaptive Vans is in Atlanta, GA. But I could not beat the price and I trusted Todd to help me bridge the gap. And he did just that; he made everything easy. Paperwork came on time with detailed instructions and when he received our signed documents, our van arrived at our front door in 3 days. The van was prefect and met our expectations.

I am disappointed with the Dodge company for their crazy decision to eliminate a spare tire and go with a ridiculous seal a flat in a can method, but Todd helped me solve that problem. So when I did find the nerve to tell my husband, I had a workable solution. I will be forever grateful for Todd's professional customer service skills and his sincere willingness to serve his client, something that is unfortunately very rare in this day and time. God blessed us to find a reliable company and Todd. Thank you, Row and Mel DeLano
