This week, we saw it happen again.

A customer needs a new engine. 💥💰

The vehicle's Carfax shows 20,000 miles between oil changes. 😳

Now the warranty company has 🚫 DENIED 🚫the claim unless the customer can PROVE the oil was changed properly.
