Don't think too deeply about it, because it's written plainly. He's talking about trash talking, schemers, gossipers, debauchery and hurting your body with it, liars, adulterers and sexual immorality, people who inflict other people physically and emotionally.
The Lord just wants us to love Him THROUGH loving one another IN Him. The Lord is good to forgive and seeks after those who need Him more than those who think they don't.
There were ever really only two laws, two commandments. Love the Lord's your God above all things with all your heart, mind and soul, and second, love others as you love yourself.
