This month, weâd like to introduce you to Steve Haines, one of our Conversion Van Sales Specialists! đ
For more than 27 years, Steve has been a valued member of the Arbogast team. Steve has called Troy home for more than 60 years, but was born in St. Johnâs, Newfoundland, while his father was serving in the Air Force. After his father completed 14 years in the Air Force, he entered the car business, following in the footsteps of Steveâs grandfather, who owned a dealership in the 1930s and 1940s. After working alongside his father and essentially growing up in the automotive industry, Steve was ready for the next chapter of his career. He found himself drawn to the dealershipâs outstanding reputation and knew this was the perfect place for him. Thanks to an opportunity from then-General Manager John Thompson, Steve joined the team. When asked what he enjoys most about working here, Steve says, "Dave Arbogast has always adapted to change in the car business, and that is why we are #1." One thing he wants customers to know is that Dave Arbogast serves customers nationwide, offering cars, trucks, and conversion vans. Outside of work, Steve enjoys weightlifting, fishing, relaxing, and anything involving cars.
