These are all the trail checkpoints for AWD Fest.
The pink ones are super easy
Greens are easy
Blue are difficult
Black are extremely difficult.
Camp areas need trash cleanup, beer can removal.

Final checkpoints and challenges are set.
If you plan on going out on the trails, be sure to carry extra food and water in case you get stuck and have to wait to be rescued.
We will have recovery vehicles on site. There is spotty cell phone coverage but you should be able to call for help in most areas.
We have fire road checkpoints for anyone who chooses not to go on any trails.

AWD fest is an off-road challenge open to all AWD vehicles with a single speed transfer case (no low range aka selectable 2 speed transfer case). Cars with a low gear such as the Honda Civic Wagon are welcome. For more details on which vehicles are eligible, please click this link: https://www.awdfestival.com/faq
Participants will be given a series of challenges and checkpoints to achieve during the course of the day. There will be ample parking and overnight camping is permitted Friday and Saturday night.

Hi everyone!! We are working on creating some more checkpoints. Most o f these will be accessible with stock vehicles and a skilled driver.
Fair warning: some of the toughest ones will require an extremely capable rig and a driver to match.
Here are a few tips for the most difficult spots:
-Bring a spotter.
-Install a skid plate to protect your oil pan/undercarriage.
-When it comes to tires, bigger is almost always better.
- CB radios are helpful since cell service is spotty out in the forest.

We will have rescue teams available if you get stuck.
