Chey and Rachel worked with Nate Coppock at a previous dealership, and when they were ready for something newer, they took their time, figured out their budget, and came to see him at Erwin.

They traded their 2015 Chevy Equinox for a brand-new 2026 Chrysler Pacifica, and that’s a pretty big upgrade for a growing family!

We appreciate them making the trip to see Nate again and trusting him to help them through the process. Congratulations, Chey and Rachel, and best wishes as you get ready to welcome your newest addition!

Tina and Richard were ready for something different, and Nate Coppock was happy to track down a 2026 Dodge Durango they absolutely loved.

They traded in their 2021 Ram Laramie, affectionately named “Beau,” and moved into a Durango that checked all their boxes.A HEMI under the hood and stripes to finish it off.

Congratulations, Tina and Richard! Thanks for giving Nate the opportunity to help you find the one. Enjoy that new Durango!

Some customers have been part of the Erwin family for a long time.

Don and Carolyn are longtime Erwin customers, and this time they teamed up with Dillon Cromes to trade their 2020 Ram 2500 for a 2026 Ram 2500!

Don is also an Air Force veteran and a Graham High School graduate, the same school our late owner Ron Erwin attended. It's always meaningful to see those local connections and longtime relationships continue.

Thank you, Don and Carolyn, for continuing to choose Erwin. And thank you, Don, for your service!

When your barber finally takes you up on all that car talk!

Eryn has been Nate Coppock's barber for a few years now, and every other Friday during a fresh lineup, you can bet the conversation eventually turns to getting her into a newer ride.

Well, Nate finally got that call! Eryn and Travis decided it was time for something newer, and by the grace of God, Nate got the opportunity to help them into a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica.

These two were friends long before this deal ever happened, and Nate is genuinely thankful that, out of all the dealerships they could have chosen, they gave him the chance to help. That means a lot, and it’s not something he takes for granted.

Congratulations, Eryn and Travis! Thank you for trusting Nate with this one. Here’s to many more years of friendship and making memories in that Pacifica!

Mallerie is no stranger to Erwin, and this makes her fourth vehicle from Jake Favorite in just one year! This time, she went home in a pre-owned 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Limited S.

We appreciate customers who keep coming back, and Mallerie has definitely made Jake a go-to when it’s time for another set of keys!

They gave all three brands a shot, but Ram won them over!

Hunter and Carrie drove Ford, Chevy, and Ram before making their decision. After trying them all, they fell in love with the 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie and knew which truck they wanted to take home!

Congratulations, Hunter and Carrie! Thanks for working with Dave Ring and choosing Erwin. Enjoy that new Laramie!

Kathy came in looking for one vehicle. Dave ended up selling two!

Kathy wanted to downsize and fell in love with a 2020 Honda Accord. Her son Chuck came along to give Mom a little moral support, but apparently he found something he liked, too! He ended up taking home a 2015 Dodge Challenger.

One trip to the dealership, two new rides, and Dave Ring got to help both of them find something they were excited about!

Congratulations to Kathy and Chuck, and thanks to both of you for choosing Erwin!

Warren had a truck in mind back in May. He ended up with an even better one.

Warren had been working with Nate Coppock since May to find the right truck. He originally had his eye on a 2024 Ram 2500, but a few months later, a gently used 2026 Ram 2500 with some serious upgrades showed up on our lot.

The timing worked out, Warren made the move, and he drove away in a truck that took things up a notch!

His mom came along for the ride, and we have a feeling she was pretty happy with the upgrade too.

Congratulations, Warren! Thanks for being patient while we worked together to find the right truck. Enjoy that Ram!
