Ashlee was referred to Nate by Brandon, and she came in ready to close the chapter on a vehicle she couldn't stand to look at anymore.

Sometimes a vehicle carries more than just miles, it can carry memories you're ready to leave behind.

Ashlee traded that chapter in and drove home in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, ready for something that feels a whole lot better.

Sam came in to see Nate with a few Jeep Wrangler options on his mind.

He already had appointments lined up for the next day at other dealerships to check out some “off-brand” options.

Turns out, he didn't make it that far.

After driving a Wrangler 4xe, Sam found the one he wanted and drove home in a 2025.

Sometimes you don't have to talk someone into the right vehicle. You just have to let them drive it and see for themselves.

Charlie stopped by the lot late one night while Nate was still around and started talking about making a change.

He was coming out of a heavy-duty truck and had his eye on a really clean 2022 Jeep Gladiator. After talking it over, Charlie came back the next day specifically to work with Nate and make it happen.

That's one of those things Nate really appreciates, when a customer could work with anyone, but chooses to come back and see you.

Charlie got the Gladiator he wanted, and Nate got another customer leaving happy.

Travis and Tiffany came in to see Dave and drove home in a Dodge Durango.

This one is pretty cool because Travis has been buying vehicles from Erwin for years...even before he started working here. Now he's part of the Erwin team himself, and he's still choosing Erwin when it's time for his own vehicle.
