AirLok™️ is a kit that’s easily integrated into existing aftermarket air-ride systems for safety, peace of mind, and will keep you aired up in the event of an air system failure. One can adjust the firmness and height of the bike to their needs on-the-fly. If there is an air system failure resulting in pressure loss, such as tubing rupture or dump valve failure, one’s air shocks stay inflated.

Come see HASS at MOTOBLOT ‘26 in Chicago this June! I’m also working on booth space for Mama Tried next month as well as some other shows around the country this year.

I’ll have my AirLok™️ demo up and running to simulate an air system failure yet air shocks stay inflated, which leads to discussing the features & benefits of adding AirLok™️ to your existing aftermarket air-ride system.

Where do you think HASS should demo this year? I’d love to read your suggestions. Much appreciated!

Hello all and happy new year! Thanks to all who’ve supported HASS this past year. I greatly appreciate it!! This year I plan on attending some trade shows and rallies across the country. I will have my working demo that simulates an air failure and how AirLok ™️ will keep your shocks inflated.

While cleaning up and organizing for 2026, I see I still have (4) solenoid dump valves left over and I’d like to get rid of them. They won’t be uploaded to the site. I figure I’ll post’m here.

Each dump valve Is only $10❗️Each dump valve comes with an inline 40 micron filter. The dump valve has a manual override. The filters are $24 each. So your total is $34 plus tax and shipping. Gett’m before it’s too late!!

In the wake of the current economic climate, H.A.S.S. has not experienced any tariff charges for components to date. Quite frankly, I’ve been doing my best to source “local” for logistics sake, since the company’s inception. Not that I have any issue with global trade.

With that out of the way, reach out to me with your air-ride needs, whether a full kit that includes H.A.S.S. AirLok™️ fast-up and ARNOTT TRUAIR® TECHNOLOGY, or just AirLok™️ for an existing aftermarket air-ride system.

When I improved the air-ride design, not only did I add the filtration needed, I also added solenoid LED indicator connectors.

When a solenoid is energized, the LED comes on showing you have power from the source to the solenoid. This is a time saver and takes out the guess work when diagnosing the electrical portion of the air-ride system.

The LED connectors are pre-wired at the coils. These are “must-haves” whether it’s you or your preferred shop doing the install. The images shown are a couple examples for a visual understanding.

I have almost 20 years hands-on experience with pneumatic fluid power system designs. I’ve taken this experience to improve the air-ride design, by adding peace of mind, in the event of a failure to your air-ride system. I call it AirLok™️.

You will still adjust on the fly as if AirLok™️ isn’t there. When an issue arises, the design improvement keeps you aired up. Once your leak(s) are fixed, you’re back to adjusting on the fly as needed.

I’ve decided to partner with Anott™️ for shocks and other components of there’s and integrate AirLok™️ to it. I also provide just the HASS AirLok™️ kit for those who already have existing aftermarket air-ride systems.
