2016 Lamborghini Huracan LP-610-4 stopped by for a 3 year 27k mile service, and boy does she need some TLC.
Engine and cabin filters have never been changed, tons of low voltage faults, battery hold down is missing, all 4 of the front grill pieces are broken and epoxied in, front parking sensors don't work, right headlight was replaced and wasn't coded, and overspray everywhere. We'll get it back to 100% again.

Happy Monday all! This morning we installed the engine in order to do the (hopefully) final test fit of the compressor with our custom bracket and idler pulley. We also worked out final placement of the charging ports for the system.

Photo Breakdown:

1-3: The compressor with custom bracket and idler pulley assembly. It was a challenge designing the belt geometry so the idler pulley didn’t flex (note the large aluminum extension on the pulley) and the belt did not rub on the side of the engine bay.
4: Above the engine bay showing hoses running from compressor to primary condenser (against firewall on top), and hose running from primary to secondary condenser (against firewall underneath). Ideally, we would like to have the charge ports attached directly to the compressor; the fewer splices the better. We were able to attached the low side port to the compressor directly, but with both ports so close together we would not be able to attach anything to the fittings with the limited space in that part of the engine bay, so we are forced to install an inline port on the high side line running to the primary condenser (not shown yet).
