It has a compensation trust problem.

Too many techs feel like their paycheck depends on factors they can’t control:

Honestly… respect for the self awareness, Mike.

A lot of shop owners wear every hat for way too long — recruiting, hiring, operations, marketing, all of it — because nobody can do it quite like they can.

But eventually the shops that grow are the ones that stop trying to do everything alone 👀
