This Citroen came in for some paint work and along the way we found other things, naturally. One of which being the window slider was broken. This holds the glass in the track and is bolted to the lower window channel. A wearing part. A search with not much available I decided to try 3D printing. With some CAD work from Noah Skrzypczak, I was able to print a functional version to replace. More of these will be available in ABS in the near future.

New! For 2023, we have completed the 1967 Mustang Fastback! This year-and-a-half project combined all talents and skilled hands! Chris Gallagher did all metal work and panel fit. Vern Streeter, aka Verno Paints, laid out the finish. It’s slick! Matthew Sayre fabricated custom stainless exhaust (that sound!) and did mechanical assembly. Shane LaFranier was the extra hands and made sure all the details were cared for. Jarek Choike put the tune on this engine to make sure it squeezed out every ounce of power it had to offer. And finally, Patrick Smith: Mechanical Assembly, Wiring, Interior Assembly, Suspension Tuning and Alignnent. Many would say “he built the car.” The whole team played a hand in taking our clients’ vision and making it reality.

I’d like to thank our clients, Bob and Barbara Widmer, for giving us the opportunity to build the car. Bob, now retired, was a Ford engineer for the bulk of his career. This car is the culmination of his experience at Ford engineering, collecting other Ford vehicles, and his vision for how he wanted this car to perform and look. Bob’s connections with Ford and Roush all played a part in the development of this car.

What a car!
