HELP US PUT REPUBLIC MOTOCROSS BACK ON THE MAP!
The Republic track was once one of the premier riding destinations in the Upper Peninsula, bringing together racers, families, and fans from across Michigan and Wisconsin. We're working to bring that excitement back and are looking ahead to hosting additional events this fall.
The UP Sandstormers AMA District 16 Boulder Alley Harescramble on August 2nd, 2026 will be a great first step, but we'd love to continue the momentum with more races and riding events later in the season.
We're currently looking for:
• Motocross clubs and organizations interested in hosting an event
• Race promoters looking for a U.P. venue
• Riders interested in participating in a late fall race
• Volunteers, sponsors, and vendors wanting to get involved
Potential event ideas include:
• Motocross races
• Hare scrambles (scramble trail already established)
• Trail rides (nearby)
• Kids classes and beginner events
• Vintage bike classes
• Practice days and open riding weekends

Let's work together to make Republic a destination for off-road racing once again and bring motocross back to the U.P.
