When she asks how you're doing, she genuinely wants to know. Her kind heart and thoughtful encouragement have a way of making everyone around her feel seen and valued.

When Chelsea came to Grand Traverse Industries, she was searching for more than a job—she was searching for confidence and connection.

Through meaningful work on our janitorial team, supportive relationships, and opportunities to grow, Chelsea discovered strengths she didn't know she had. Today, she's known for her reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to step in whenever a teammate needs a helping hand.

Chelsea says it best:

💬 "I've had jobs before this, but I've never had one that I like so much. I feel a lot more confident in myself because I'm able to talk to people, and I'm not just sitting at home doing nothing."

Today, Chelsea is building the future she once only hoped for.

Her story is a reminder of what can happen when people are given opportunity, encouragement, and a community that believes in them. Confidence grows. Lives change. And hope becomes something they can carry with them every day. 💙

📢 Labor Day Closure Reminder

Grand Traverse Industries will be closed on Monday, September 7, in recognition of Labor Day.

All GTI services will resume as normally scheduled on Tuesday, September 8.
