Every once in a while you get to experience something in life that is truly humbling and awe inspiring! Today Econo L**e was tremendously blessed by long time customer, David Hall, Owner/Executive Chef (Urban Grill and Wine Bar) and wife Jaylene. David and Jaylene brought in both of their vehicles for service and then went above and beyond as small business owners and provided a wonderful lunch for my employees! (Pasta w/meat sauce, garlic bread and salad! This the Beyond part, they also dropped of a large box of essentials for my men to take home to their families! Packaged meats, 8 dozen eggs, loaves of bread, rice, pasta, paper towels, Kleenex and toilet paper! This is proof that angels do exist! And this is the true spirit of the residents of Rancho Santa Margarita! Today is one of those days that we will remember! Thank you to the Hall's and Urban Grill and Wine Bar!
