If ANYONE is being overcharged using a credit card. Please reach out to us as soon as possible. We can’t fix something we don’t know about. We are very aware technology makes mistakes and are very happy to make things right. However, be kind! We don’t have control of what your bank does or mistakes yall make. We will however do everything we can to take care of our faithful customers.

Hello all! We’ve had a few issues with the credit card reader in the north bay. Please be sure the light around the button is illuminated green, before you swipe your card. The button sticks sometimes, when this happens and you swipe, it will charge your card, then immediately shut off. We apologize to all that this has happened to.

If the light is not on, Simply use your finger nail or corner of your card to dislodge the button. I have lubed it up a little for now. New one has been ordered.

Credit card readers are up and working! Please read instructions to use.

We are currently installing new credit card readers and systems. We are temporarily in a holding pattern, awaiting internet installation and approval of our payment plan. Meanwhile, the South Bay continues to accept credit cards using the existing system, while the North Bay has the new system, but with no internet, only paper money and quarters work. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to a smooth transition!

Good Sunday peeps!

As you may or may not be aware, prices on our soaps, wax, water, etc…. Have gone up significantly. We kept our Carwash the same prices as long as we could. So the new pricing will be as follows:

$4.00 to start = 5:30 min. Each .25 will remain an extra 30 seconds.

Credit cards will now be $5.00 for each swipe. Time will remain the same.

We truly appreciate your business and understanding!!

Hi Townsend folks! Some of you may have noticed, we have dropped one minute off of the time you get for your $3.00 start fee. Like everywhere else, our costs have gone up 30% or so. We tried to hold out as long as we could to see if costs would miraculously come down, they haven’t. We want to be fair, and still turn a profit. We would love some input from our customers.

1. More $ to start?
2. Less time, same $?

One has to happen, we won’t make everyone happy, but we want to try!

Ok folks, here’s the deal, I’m going to shut off our quarter machine at the end of the year. Between the laundry mat, and other businesses using us as their change maker, WE’RE OUT! Sorry for any inconvenience. Both bays still will take 1’s, 5’s and 10’s, as well as visa and master card. Also they will still take quarters if you bring your own. Maybe in the future we’ll be able to provide this courtesy again.
