What an epic week! Those of you that have been following saw Dave and Logan boat 8 incredible Lake Vermilion Muskies last week. Well, on their last evening , they got another, for a total of 9…

We don’t normally do this, but thought we’d have some fun here and do a little contest.

Here are all 9 of the ‘skis these guys caught. Take a look, and submit your guess for the total length of all 9 fish, and the first person to guess correctly will win an Everett Bay Lodge T-shirt.

To submit your guess, you need to like this post, and reply to it with your guess in total inches (to the nearest 1/4”) in the comments. If nobody gets the actual number by Tuesday at 6:00 pm, we’ll do a random drawing for the T-shirt and reveal the length of all of the fish.
Good luck, it’s an amazing number when you tally it up and think about it!!

Matt and Hillary's extended family from Iowa recently joined Capt. Dave for two trips on Lake Vermilion. For trip #2, Beth and Scott also split their time between walleyes and smallmouth bass. Beth is recovering from a broken wrist and couldn't cast, so Dave assisted where needed. They landed keeper walleyes with crawlers, and then smallmouth on a slip bobber & leech. Thanks for the business!

The water temps cooled back down, but our guys from Cabin 10 remain HOT!! The beauty contest progressed into the heavy-weight stage, and Dave and Logan boated #7 and #8 for the week!

They have one final day/night to go in this epic week of fishing here at Everett Bay Lodge. Go get ‘em boys!

Stay tuned, as we are planning a little contest when they are all done to guess the total inches these guys have boated this week. You will be amazed at the number!!

Nice bass!!!

Here’s contestant #6 for the beauty contest! David and Logan struck again on Monday night just after we posted pics of the first 5!
Unfortunately, with the hot weather the water temps got too high and these boys did the responsible thing and took a couple days off from chuckn’ for skis. Hopefully things cool off enough for another round by the end of the week.
