EV system post - Project Zero is powered by a 16 tesla modules mounted in AmpRevolt Boxes. These are used to power the reVolt Systems Motor. The battery boxes are customized - both mounting and equipment placement - specifically mounting the BMS onto the boxes and Rincon HVBDs on each box. Milspec wiring was used with DT connectors throughout. It’s built to last.

It’s all mounted to an Art Morrison chassis - this was intentional, they’ve perfected suspension geometry and chassis building. Some choose to build a custom one-off chassis, this can create downstream problems. While it is possible to mount the batteries into a custom chassis, you also become limited to making changes in the future, requiring you pull the body off the car. As battery tech evolves, Zero can easily evolve with it. And from maintenance perspective, using off the shelf allows you the ability to replace parts as needed. It’s one thing to build a car, it’s another to build it with maintenance in mind.
