Employee Spotlight: Mike Ramseier 🔧

Mike’s story in this shop goes all the way back to 2001, when he started working at Kansas Tire alongside his father, Merle. From day one, he built a reputation for hard work and quickly rose to become a top technician.

After 20 years with Kansas Tire & Auto (and even putting in extra hours at O’Reilly Auto Parts along the way) Mike continued his journey right here when he joined Performance Tire & Auto in 2021.

Over the past five years, he’s become an invaluable part of our team and a natural leader. In early 2026, Mike stepped into the role of Store Manager, carrying on his father’s legacy and helping lead the Topeka Blvd location into its next chapter.

Mike is passionate about serving the Topeka community and takes pride in helping people both in and out of the shop. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him spending time with his family and lending a hand wherever it’s needed.

We’re proud to have Mike leading the way here at Performance Tire & Auto.👏
