At Matt Blatt Kia of Toms River, respect for every member of our community is one of our core values.

We recently became aware of a social media post alleging inappropriate behavior at our dealership. We take any such allegation extremely seriously and are reviewing the situation carefully.

After seeing the post, we made multiple attempts to contact the individual directly to better understand the situation and obtain more information so we could properly investigate.

Unfortunately, we have not received a response, and our attempts to respond publicly to the post were removed.

At this time, we have also been unable to locate any record of this individual visiting our dealership or interacting with our staff about a vehicle purchase, which makes it difficult for us to fully investigate the claim.

Our dealership has always been committed to treating every customer and member of our community with professionalism, respect, and dignity. If anyone ever has a concern about their experience with us, we encourage them to contact our management team directly so we can address it immediately.
We remain open to speaking directly with the individual who made the post so we can understand the situation and address any concerns.

Our History

Matt Blatt Dealerships has become a brand Roy and his family are proud of. At Matt Blatt Dealerships, we strive to keep exceeding expectations and are honored to be your car dealership.

Here’s how it started...

March 9th of 1989, Roy Greenblatt left his stable position to begin his own entrepreneurial venture. He opened his own small (20 car) used car lot in Glendora, NJ, named Matt Blatt Auto Sales, after his one-year old son Matthew and the first of Roy Greenblatt’s dealerships.

After, he relocated to Turnersville then to Glassboro, NJ. You know this location now as Matt Blatt Mitsubishi!

In 1999, Matt Blatt Vineland Suzuki was the first of our new car dealerships, soon adding the Isuzu brand. This location became award winning for volume and customer satisfaction.

The Glassboro location went through many transitions from Matt Blatt Auto Sales to Matt Blatt Imports in 2005, selling Isuzu and Suzuki vehicles. Matt Blatt Imports became the largest volume dealership in the nation for Isuzu (2007) and we continued to win numerous customer satisfaction and volume awards for both franchises.

In 2006, Matt Blatt opened for a short time in West Atlantic City, NJ with both Suzuki and Isuzu. January of 2009, our current location in Egg Harbor Township, NJ opened and upon the opening, Matthew Greenblatt joined the company. Matty, from his start of fame as a 1 year old, has grown up, graduated college, and gained some car selling experience.

Matt Blatt in EHT took on the KIA franchise in 2011. Matt Blatt Kia soon became the second largest KIA dealership in the state (2016 and 2017), and we currently rank number one for 2018. You can find Matt today as the VP of Matt Blatt Kia and General Manager of Matt Blatt Kia in Toms River.

In 2016, Roy’s second son, AJ Greenblatt, began his career at Matt Blatt Mitsubishi and is currently the General Manager in Glassboro.

In Matt Blatt KIA’s growing success, Roy expanded the franchise northward. We opened Matt Blatt KIA of Toms River on Rt 37 West in 2017. The new location and market challenges our team everyday to be more than a car dealership but also a second home and family for your auto buying and servicing needs!
