Automotive Motorsport Technician
Procom Racing is seeking an A-Level & B-Level Automotive Technician.
Our growing service team is seeking detail orientated individuals who take great pride in their work and exceed our customer’s expectations through the quality of work they produce. You will be joining a small, close-knit team and must work well with others and maintain a personable and professional attitude.
This is very much a long-term career environment and we are looking for candidates that reflect that. Goal-oriented, self-starter individuals that are looking to expand his / her capabilities and further themselves in the automotive motorsport industry.
Requirements:
• At least five years of professional automotive experience.
• Extensive experience with Subaru (Primary), Mitsubishi Evo X, and / or Nissan GTR.
• Critical thinking and creativity a must.
• Clean work habits.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctuality.
Required Skills:
• Standard automotive services. Brakes, suspension, tires, fluid, and filter services, etc.
• Diagnostic abilities. Diagnose and repair complex issues within various automotive systems.
• In-depth engine services. Engine removal & installation, cylinder head gasket replacements, engine assembly, etc.
• In-depth transmission repair and assembly. Primarily manual gearboxes.
• Electrical harness repair and replacements.
• Installation and replacement of engine components, turbochargers, exhaust systems, and other modified components.
• Suspension adjustments and alignments.
