NJ has big problem there are individuals cloning cars and selling them cheap on market place - They are finding cars at dealerships copying the vin # and placing that same vin # on the STOLEN VEHICLE making them appear as clean NOT stolen vehicle when the vin # is searched. All this is happening to Hondas and Chrysler Product vehicles making it appear to be a number matching vehicle when in fact the Title has been washed and the vin # that was on that Title now matches the STOLEN Cloned Car vin # , so the unexpected buyer thinks that he buying a vehicle for way less money THEN MARKET VALUE so beware.

FAKE SELLING DOCUMENTS TO CARS:
FL Reassignment Forms ARE NOT A TITLE. Individuals are also selling cars with these documents that can never be transferred by NJ MVC and you will have to spend a $1000.00 to any title company to secure a NJ Title though different applications or get a COURT Order Title.

TITLES FROM OUT OF STATE- WITH OTHER PERSON NAMES ON THEM - THAT IS CALL JUMPING TITLE AND YOU CAN NEVER TITLE A CAR IN NJ MVC WITH THAT KIND OF TITLE.

To all who may use a Title Company to process your Titles,take Heed of what I am about to say ?

1. Any Title company that has no address to reach them or does not work by a Contract for Services or states costs up front or has no references to give you on how they work.
( BEWARE )

2. Any Title company that does not have the applicant
( YOU ) sign certain documents needed in your application and have your signature Notarized by your own Notary at the time of your signature ( BE LEARY - AGAINST NOTARY PRACTICES TO SIGN WHEN NOTARY IS NOT PRESENT )

3. Any customers that fails to inform the Title Company that your abandoned vehicle was a POLICE IMPOUND or the Title Company uses any other process to CIRCUMVENT any " NJ MVC" rules OR POLICE IMPOUNDS is now participating in creating a FRAUD and filing false documentation with the " NJ MVC" - only a Court Order Title with notices to the police can be used if necessary.

4. Ez Car Titles is NOT new, we have been doing Title Work since 1994 and Police Title Work since 2002 and Court Order Title since 2007. We Are Not Cheap but were are efficient and get the results you need.

A WORD OF WARNING ! DON'T BE FOOLED !
When looking for someone to help get a Title for whatever application needed, always and I say always do it by Contract so the price does not change when the Title is issued.
Also deal we people who have a viable mailing address not just a Card with a Ph Number and pay if possible by Check and get a secure receipt -
