🚨 BREAKING: The DNR has officially begun installing floating roundabouts on major lakes to reduce boat traffic congestion this Memorial Day weekend.

Boaters are reminded to:
• Yield to pontoons already circling
• Use your blinker before exiting toward the sandbar
• No trolling in the inside lane
• Jet skis must complete at least 3 laps before merging 🌊🛥️

First violation penalty: mandatory docking lessons at the local boat ramp. 🎣🤣

Today's a great day to take a ride - which means drivers should pay closer to attention to those around them. Motorcycles have a smaller profile and can be hard to see. Please look twice for bikes before changing lanes, turning out onto a road, and merging.

SEAT BELT ENFORCEMENT: The Wisconsin State Patrol will join law enforcement agencies across the state for the Click It or Ticket campaign, which runs from May 18-31.

Preliminary data indicates there were 7,636 crashes in Wisconsin last year with unbelted motorists, resulting in 145 deaths and 1,876 injuries. The campaign aims to spread awareness and encourage more motorists to buckle up. Seat belt usage is one of the most effective ways to protect drivers and passengers from injury or death in a crash.
