**What You'll Do:**
- Assist in office operations and support team members to boost efficiency
- Manage daily mail, phone calls, and receptionist duties with professionalism
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly statements, and daily deposits
- Process car sales paperwork and registrations
- Order office supplies and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers

**What You Bring:**
- Experience as an office or back-office assistant
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of office equipment and management procedures
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

- Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
- Hours: 25–32 hours per week

Bundy Motors Inc. in Tolland, CT is looking for an Experienced Auto Body Technician to assist with our growing needs. Positive work environment, competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

-Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.

-Tear down, Repair, Prep for Refinish & Reassemble.

-Checks parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.

-Notifies management of any additional repairs needed for supplements.

-Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.

-Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.

-Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.

-Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.

-Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.

Schedule: Mon -Fri 7:30 AM – 4:30PM

Lunch 12-1

Compensation: DOE
