Sometimes the problem speaks for itself. 👀

This Mercedes came in with a suspension issue, and once we got a look at the air suspension strut, the problem was pretty clear.

The air spring sleeve had torn, so out came the damaged strut and in went the new one.

That side-by-side says it all. 🔧

The steering stabilizer on her Jeep Wrangler came loose while she was on the road.

She pulled over, grabbed the crossbody strap from her purse, used it to temporarily hold the stabilizer up, and brought the Jeep straight to us 😎

Definitely not a repair — but we have to give her credit for the quick thinking. 👏🏽 👑

Does it sound like you’re driving on gravel? It could be your wheel bearing.

A failing wheel bearing often starts as a low hum or growl that gets louder as the vehicle picks up speed. As the bearing wears further, the ride can become noticeably rougher and vibration may develop.

Ignoring it can allow the bearing to continue deteriorating, potentially creating excessive wheel play and affecting the safety and stability of the wheel assembly.

This particular vehicle has a press-fit wheel bearing—a more involved repair that requires the bearing to be removed and the replacement precisely pressed into the steering knuckle using specialized equipment.

Sometimes your vehicle gives you a warning before something becomes a much bigger problem.

Don’t ignore the growl. 🔧
