Potential Big News in the works right now! I'm working on securing an indoor space with a detailer to take my headlight restorations from seasonal/mobile to year-round and having a physical location. I get asked about doing them all year, and I hate having to tell people I can only do them when the weather is warmer. If all goes as planned, I'm hoping to start scheduling people during the first week of February. Keep an eye out for more updates!

It's time to share a couple of Honda CRVs that were suffering from clear coat haze and failure. The newer CRV wasn't too bad, but the headlights definitely needed a refresh. The older CRV was in way worse shape, with the clear coat completely worn away from the edges of the lenses and multiple scratches across the entire front. My restoration process brought both sets of lenses back to like new condition and will provide clarity and better nighttime visibility for many more years.

If your headlights are beginning to haze over like the first CRV, it's better to get ahead of them before they become completely cloudy and start really hindering your vision at night. Im probably going to be doing a bit of a photo dump over the next few days. I've got a bunch of before and after pictures from the headlights I've restored over the past couple of months that haven't made it onto my page yet. Some of these photos really don't do justice to the quality of the restoration, but it's still crazy how much of a difference it makes having clear headlights looks on a vehicle.

If your headlights are cloudy, yellowed, hazy, or anything but crystal clear, get a hold of me to schedule an appointment and I'll make your headlights look as good as the day it left the factory. Don't get cheap aftermarket replacements! They don't have a quality clear coat on them and will be just as hazy as before within a year. Keep your OEM headlight assemblies, and after my restoration process, which includes a UV resistant clear coating, you'll have excellent clarity and nighttime visibility for years to come!

It's been a while since I've shared any pictures of the restored headlights that I've completed over the last couple of months, but that doesn't mean I haven't been out there still grinding away. Sometimes life gets in the way, and some of the little details fall by the wayside.

I've been looking for new and alternative ways to advertise the service that I provide, without having to spend a ton of money. In the past, I was able to create a listing on Facebook Marketplace, but they've put a stop to it this year. Word of mouth and sharing photos on here have been my main drivers of business revenue this year, and it's created some opportunities, but so far, I'm at about 50% of where I was last year. I've created a logo for my business, and I'm looking into digital billboard advertisements, but most are cost prohibitive with my budget. If they would get me a reasonable return on investment, I'd definitely pursue it, but I'd have do 4-5 cars a week instead of the 1 or 2 every other week I'm at now in order for that to happen.

I know that what I provide is far and above the best headlight restoration in the area, and the value that it bring is well worth it over the cost of replacement headlight assemblies and the labor involved to install them. I just need to find a way to expand my outreach and customer base. It's a work in progress, and I know that it'll break through eventually.

In the meantime, stay tuned for more updates, pictures, and posts. I truly appreciate all the people who have shared my posts and everyone who has contacted me to restore their vehicles. Thanks for everything!

The Reserve puts together this great event every year and with the new club opening up and the ability to fit so many more people, it should be the largest one yet. In order to show support for the military community, I will be donating some Headlight restoration jobs to the club to raffle and/or auction off with the proceeds going to the Veterans tournament. They have a $200 value, and includes me traveling to their location.

Hondas are going to ensure my restoration business is going to keep going until the sun absorbs the earth, or whenever I decide I don't want to do it any longer. This 2013 Honda Fit wasn't nearly as bad as the red one I did last week, but the before and after pictures highlight the difference it makes in appearance. Sometimes, it's just one headlight that needs a restoration, like this 2012 GMC Acadia. After a collision, only one of these headlights was replaced by insurance, and it really showed the difference between the age and wear and tear that the original headlight on the passenger side had endured. After my restoration process, they both look the same again!

Here's another restoration before and after showing the difference that having clear headlight lenses makes. This Toyota Tacoma looks much better after my restoration process. The amount of light output from these lenses at night will be magnitudes more, increasing visibility and safety.

I swear sometimes these before and after pictures make me feel like a magician, and a lot of times, they don't actually do justice to the difference it makes. This 2012 Honda Fit is one of those cases where I knew it would come out well, but after my restoration process, these lenses look like new replacements, not the original factory assemblies.

I can do the same thing for your car, truck, or van. Not only will it make your car look amazing again, you'll be able to have better down road visibility after dark.
