Xseries 2 ICP-MS allows multi-elemental analysis of a variety of samples from a wide range of applications and sample matrices. It has very high sensitivity, elements can be measured in the parts per billion (ppb) range and some as low as the parts per trillion (ppt) range.
Its special features include automated torch positioning for consistent results and off-axis quadrupole for high signal-to-noise ratio.
