R & A Auto Body is looking for a skilled and dependable Body Man to join our growing team. We are a busy, well-established shop known for high-quality repairs and great customer service.

Position: Body Man
Location: Tiverton RI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3+ years in auto body repair

Responsibilities:
• Perform all phases of bodywork including disassembly, panel repair/replacement, sanding, and prepping
• Ensure high-quality, OEM-level repairs
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other technicians
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collision repair
• Proficient in frame straightening, welding, and body panel replacement
• Valid driver’s license
• Own tools needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
