Fiberglass Automotive Parts Manufacturing company looking for a skilled individual to do the following:
-Hand lamination of fiberglass layers to molds -No Chop guns. Experience strongly preferred.
-Identify exterior car part (knowledge of older model cars a plus)
-Perform all other duties as assigned
-Organizing, cleaning warehouse and work station.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Due to nature of the job; communicate in English
-Valid driver's license
-Clean drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements:
-Lift 25-50 pounds frequently, carry 25-50 pounds occasionally
-Stand for extended periods of time
-Carries, pushes, or uses a hand truck to transport products within warehouses
-Bend, twist and or squat while performing work
-Operate air powered tools and hand tools
-Work with manufacturing material such as resin, fiberglass, acetone, etc.
-Skin exposure to chemicals associated with manufacturing
-Warehouse environment cooled by high powered fans
-Must be in good physical condition

- Proven success in meeting performance goals
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Time management, organization and planning skills

-All tools are supplied
-No nights or weekends. All major holidays off including 1 week off during Christmas and New Year’s.
-Full time position involving 32-35 hours. Work hours are 5:30am-2pm, M-Thur.
- 3 day weekends every week.
- Higher pay based on experience.
**$500 SIGNON BONUS AVAIL WITH 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF HAND LAMINATION**
