I had a post go up last night. I handled it incorrectly. A customer caught me, right at the wrong time, and my fingers got away from me. I deeply apologize for it. People have no idea the stress that goes into owning a business, the headaches, the dealing with all different kinds of customers, when no matter what you feel in your heart, you're supposed to tell them they are right. I've been in business 12 years the Monday coming up, and I've had ups and downs, just as everyone else has. I've said things i shouldn't have said, and handled situations incorrectly, 12 years in business, my children working right along beside me, good and bad customers, I've pushed through, for these 4 little girls. Head down, push forward, and watch these little girls grow up in to beautiful women, thats all I can do. What's done is done, get up tomorrow, and put in another quality day worth of work, amd try to make everyone happy......happy.....be happy people, this could be your last breath, don't waste it with anger or negativity, just smile. 12 years....thank you to all of my loyal customers that have stayed on the boat with me!!!
