Jay Hamlin is not affiliated with the company or any of its personnel. The post addressing the dissatisfied customer was promptly removed upon discovery of the offensive and highly inappropriate comments it contained. While I may not concur with the customer's perception of unfair treatment, I am committed to ensuring that no disrespectful remarks concerning race or deeply personal private matters are tolerated. Furthermore, this individual has been blocked from our profile and reported to Facebook.
I will no longer address this matter.
