Sunday resets are a primal way to get your week started. Laundry, dishes, yard work, even cleaning out your vehicle. While pulling the kids empty wrappers off the floor boards, pulling your tools out of the back seat, or trying to get the mud out of there from your latest hunting trip with your dog, you notice that your seat covers are pretty dirty.
Lets talk about how to clean and care for them!
Most people assume you have to take them off to clean them, which can be necessary sometimes. But come on, who has time to uninstall and reinstall them every time?
You can use some warm water (and mix a SMALL amount of unscented laundry detergent IF needed) and use a towel to spot clean and wipe them down. While they might look saturated and you're nervous about the seats underneath getting wet, don't fret. The lining on that underside of the fabric is doing its job and protecting any water from going all the way through. Doing this every so often will help you avoid taking them off for cleaning.
If you do need to take them off to wash them, soak them in that same warm water/detergent solution and ring them out. We recommend steering clear of using your washing machine as the Velcro may pull on that fabric and fray it. Never machine dry, always hang to dry!
As always we are here to help with any step through the process. If you have any questions reach out to a member of our friendly staff!
