2012-2018 JK WRANGLER 8HP 8SPD CONVERSION KITS ARE A GO!!!
As you guys know, I work at ATS Diesel Performance and I have been tasked with getting not only the 8 Speed Conversions built and fully done for the 12-18 Jeep JK Wrangler, but also for the 09-12 Ram 1500 trucks with the 545RFE. For the Jeeps, all of the instructions are written and done, parts are finishing getting modified here in house and we are ready to go.
The 07-11 Jeep Wrangler kits will be coming very soon as well, the 8spd adapter for the 3.8L and new CrankShaft Position Sensor has been made all here in house and we are doing the install on our 2011 and soon my 2007 JK so stay tuned for that.
We are also working on the 12-18 Jeep Wrangler 8HP70 Conversions for you guys and gals that have done the HEMI Swaps. ( Coming Soon )
Today, 9/5/2024, we are officially releasing our 8HP Conversion Kits for the 12-18 Jeep Wranglers. These will work with the 2dr and 4dr models and whether you have a Rubicon or a Sport / Sahara or if you wish to swap and use a JL transfer case, we have got you covered. We have designed these kits so that each model has its own kit as a few of the parts are different between the models.
You can even choose to supply your own 8HP (must be from a JL and JT Gladiator with the 3.6L)
With our Kit, you will 100% be using and get to keep your factory shifter. We do not change your factory shifter at all. Everything inside your Jeep will appear exactly as it does today and you do not have to purchase a different transfer case. Our Kit is 100% Plug and Play, no splicing of any kind and the only hard modifications you need to make are cutting the factory transmission lines by the radiator and modifying both front and rear drivelines. If you plan to use the JL Transfer Case, driveline modifications will not necessary.
We supply you with the tail housing to bolt up your factory transfer case, all electronics, new transmission lines, all mounting hardware and a complete transmission mount kit that uses your factory or aftermarket transmission crossmember.

COMPLETE KITS using a JL TRANSFER CASE
Retail at $9,600 and a $1,900 Core Charge
* Full 8HP kit with a built 850RE and complete install kit for the Sport / Sahara and Rubicon models. (Your NAG Transmission / Converter and Sport / Sahara Transfer case Input Shaft will be the CORE Items)
* Full 8HP kit with a built 8HP50 and complete install kit for customers using a JL Transfer Case (Your NAG Transmission / Converter will be the CORE)
INSTALL KITS - (these include everything needed minus the transmission and Torque Converter)
* 2012 - 2018 Sport / Sahara and Rubicon 8spd Install Kit - Retails at $4,400 for customers supplying their own JL / JT 850RE Transmission and Torque Converter.
* 2012 - 2018 Complete Install Kit for customers supplying their own JL /JT V6 850RE Transmission and Torque Converter that would like to use a JL/JT Transfer Case - Retails at $4,400 with No Core Charge.
