Here at ACG we take every precaution to protect your vehicles while they are here. We take it very seriously.
With the amount of theft and more going on in the community lately we have stepped up our security by installing a great deal more cameras and will be fencing off and installing a gate on the property.
That also means we will no longer allow access after hours or on days we are closed with out prior notification and approval.

Things have really picked up here at the shop and we want to touch base on how important it is to schedule your automotive repair needs vs walking in.

Scheduling automotive repairs is generally more beneficial than walk-ins. Here are some key reasons why:

1. Reduced Wait Times

Scheduled appointments help mechanics manage their time effectively, leading to shorter wait times for customers. Walk-ins can lead to overcrowding and longer delays due to unpredictable demand.
2. Better Service Quality

When mechanics know they have scheduled work, they can prepare in advance, ensuring they have the necessary parts and tools ready. This preparation often results in higher quality service.
3. Predictability

Appointments provide a clearer timeline for when the vehicle will be serviced, allowing customers to plan their day accordingly. Walk-ins can be uncertain, making it difficult to estimate how long the service will take.
4. Priority Handling

Scheduled customers often receive priority over walk-ins, especially during busy times. This means that those who plan ahead are more likely to have their vehicles serviced promptly.

Walk ins are allowed however keep in mind that when this happens it sets back the work needing done for those who scheduled their repair needs. Unless it is an emergency or something simple like a flat repair we will be requiring an appointment to be made for services. Our days get booked up fast and our guys are doing the best they can to keep the vehicles in and out just as we have in the past.
Posts like these are never fun ones to make but sometimes they are important.
