Cheap parts. Cooler is shorter than the original. Pulled apart when the bolts were lined up allowing coolant and oil to mix.

God is good!!! the Parking lot is filling back up. Second pic 7.3 oil cooler, after another local well known shop replaced it, It’s now mixing oil with coolant. They pinched an o-ring and quoted $1300 to fix their screw up.🤔 The OBS was In for Up-pipes and AC work. 6.0 on the rollback is a “crank no start”
