What makes Fast Track DPF better? We employ a state-of-the Art DPF approach using aqueous treatment! Aqueous Cleaning is superior to other forms of DPF cleaning because of its high mass density. If the ash is heavily impacted in the filter, it will take something more than air (super low density) at high speed to take it out. We use a high mass density flow method featuring an aqueous pulsating system to clean the filters. This works extremely well as it allows a fine balance between maximal mass and density flow, but without overpowering and potentially damaging the substrate. The result is a perfectly clean filter with no discoloration. Now, you’re ready to get back on the road!

Regen problems getting you down? Check your overhead. An overhead out of adjustment can cause regen issues such as low nox codes. We recommend adjusting overhead and cleaning dpf filter every 150,000 miles. Let us clean your dpf or Recore your old filter - in most cases we can return same day.
