Mach 5 Racing’s Five Fundamentals to Success is our holistic coaching approach geared to elevating athletes to the next level of performance while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. At Mach 5 Racing, our services include personal coaching for general fitness, including endurance and strength training for athletes of all ages. We help athletes reach their individual athletic goals, whether those goals are getting fitter, faster, having fun or anything in between. We also offer sport nutrition services for athletes. 🏆 Huge congrats to Coach Kate Petree Looney for winning the Elite Wave, with Meredith Moss taking a close 2nd in the Elite Wave!

🏁 Coach Marty Deason 1st in the relay division while pulling Sebastian Driver.
🏁 Steve Olguin finished 6th in his age group.
🏁 Sean O’Connor and Kimberly Temple Harvey completed the race as part of their build toward Kerrville 70.3.
🏁 Great job as well to Barbara Woodridge!
