We couldn’t put on Saturday’s Back-to-School Family Movie Fundraiser without some pretty great community partners. ❤️

A huge thank you to Columbia Gorge Toyota/Honda and Armstrong Hauling LLC for sponsoring the event, and to Spooky’s Pizza for donating pizza for the afternoon.

Thank you also to community supporters like Wines on Second and to the Granada Theatre for hosting the event!

Their support helps us keep the movie free for families while raising funds for NWCEF programs benefiting students and teachers across North Wasco County School District 21.

We hope you’ll join us this Saturday and help us thank these local businesses for supporting our schools!

And just like that it’s almost time to start another school year! 📚✏️📓

On Saturday we successfully handed out 110 backpacks in partnership with Salvation Army The Dalles to students in our community to give them the opportunity to the start year prepared.

We are going to miss seeing the truck full of colorful backpacks but happy to know they will be brightening up the hallways of our local schools. 💖🎒

Back-to-School Family Movie Night! 🍕🍿

Kick off the new school year with us on Saturday, September 5 at 12:00 PM at the Granada Theatre for a FREE showing of The Super Mario Galaxy Movie!

🎟️ The movie is free for everyone! We’d love for families to reserve their free tickets in advance so we have a better idea of how many people will be joining us.

🍕 Pre-order your pizza! A limited quantity has been generously donated by Spooky’s Pizza, so we recommend ordering ahead if you’d like pizza during the movie.
