Brake noise isn’t something to ignore — and this customer found out why.
They came in with a loud grinding sound during stops. After pulling the wheel, we found the brake pads worn down and the rotor scored pretty badly.

Once we installed new pads and a fresh rotor, the noise was gone and braking performance was back to normal. Safe, smooth, and ready for the road again.
