The truth doesn't need to be loud—it just needs to be documented.

Over the past several weeks, I've been the subject of some very serious rumors and allegations. Rather than respond with more accusations or social media arguments, I chose to go directly to the source.
Today I received an official records letter from the Santa Fe Police Department stating that, after a search of their records, I am not wanted for any charges and am not currently under investigation within their jurisdiction.
I understand that rumors spread quickly, especially online. Unfortunately, once they're out there, they can affect families, friendships, and businesses long before the truth has a chance to catch up.
I've spent years building my reputation through hard work, serving my customers, supporting my family, and trying to be the best man I know how to be. That reputation matters to me, and I won't allow false narratives to define who I am.
This post isn't about revenge or starting another argument. It's about setting the record straight with official documentation instead of opinions or speculation.
To everyone who reached out, stood by me, or chose to wait for facts instead of rumors, thank you. Your support has meant more than you'll ever know.

At this point, I consider the matter addressed. My focus is where it belongs: my family, my business, and moving forward.

Well, I drove up to the Santa Fe Police Department and spoke with the officer assigned to everything. Apparently they're well aware of the circus... and the monkeys involved.

As for all the things being blasted across social media, I didn't see anything about bathrooms, bedrooms, or many of the new allegations that seem to grow by the day.

There's probably a reason for that.
Knowingly making a false report of child abuse or neglect isn't a joke. Under Texas Family Code § 261.107, intentionally making a false report with the intent to deceive is generally a felony.
I also gave the Santa Fe Police Department my phone number and let them know they are more than welcome to contact me at any time if they have questions or need anything from me. I have absolutely nothing to hide and will cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation.

People can say whatever they want on Facebook, but when it comes time to make an official report, the truth matters. False accusations have real consequences, and those consequences don't disappear just because they're posted behind a keyboard.

The circus may still be in town, and the monkeys may still be performing, but I'll continue letting the facts speak for themselves.
