Life has a way of teaching us lessons—sometimes through success and sometimes through disappointment.
As of today,I am no longer employed by Ron Hoover RV & Marine. My decision and the departure resulted from serious concerns regarding management practices and integrity that did not align with my personal values.
This experience reminded me that no paycheck or position is worth sacrificing your peace, principles, or self-respect. Always work hard, treat people honestly, and stand firm in what you believe—even when doing so means beginning a new chapter.
I’m grateful for the customers, coworkers, and friendships I gained along the way. Thank you to everyone who supported and trusted me. I’m moving forward with my head held high, a clear conscience, and faith that better opportunities are ahead.
The lesson: Know your worth, protect your integrity, and never be afraid to walk away from an environment that no longer aligns with who you are.
Not too worry, I’m not going far and no matter where this next chapter in life leads me, I will always strive for professionalism and integrity! I won’t be going far and will make that update soon.
