​Recently, our neighbors across the street at Esquire barbershop experienced a sudden setback when a vehicle went through their wall.

That damage unexpectedly put about 5 local families at risk of lost income.

​We couldn't just stand by. We are opening up our showroom at Extreme Hail & Dent so the Esquire barbers can set up shop and continue providing for their families!

​They are aiming to be open and taking clients in our space as early as this Monday. Our full parking lot is open to all haircut customers, so come on by!

We are looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Installer to join our team.

​What You’ll Do

​Paint Correction:

Perform 1-step, 2-step, and multi-stage paint correction (compounding and polishing) to eliminate swirls, scratches, and
oxidation.

​Coating Application:

Apply professional-grade ceramic coatings with high precision, ensuring proper prep, flash timing, and leveling.

​Surface Preparation:

Execute thorough decon washes, clay bar treatments, iron decontamination, and solvent prep wipes (IPA).

​Quality Control:

Inspect paint depth, panel condition, and final finish using specialized lighting to ensure flawless customer handoffs.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on, professional paint correction and coating application experience.

​Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in using rotary and dual-action (DA) polishers, as well as choosing the right pad and compound combinations for various paint types.

​Eye for Detail:

High standards of work; ability to identify defect types, micro-marring, and high spots before the vehicle leaves the shop.

​Reliability:

Strong work ethic, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

​Valid Driver's License:

Clean driving record required to move customer vehicles safely.

​Bonus Points If You Have:
​Formal certifications from major ceramic coating brands.

​Detailing Support:
Assist lead detailer with vehicle washing, interior cleaning, vacuuming, window prep, and ceramic coating prep.

​Paint & Body Support:

​Shop Maintenance:

Auto Body Technician Wanted

Extreme Hail & Dent is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team.

We are a busy, quality-focused body shop looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and knows how to get vehicles repaired the right way.

We need a technician who can handle collision repair, panel replacement, body work, dent repair, and general repair procedures from teardown to finish.

Responsibilities

Perform auto body repairs on collision-damaged vehicles

Remove and replace damaged panels, bumpers, doors, fenders, hoods, and related parts

Repair dents, metal damage, and body lines
Perform body filler work, sanding, grinding, and prep as needed

Assist with teardown, reassembly, and quality control

Follow repair procedures and keep work areas clean and organized

Work with estimators, painters, and other technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently

Requirements

Auto body repair experience required
Must have your own basic tools
Ability to complete quality repairs in a timely manner
Experience with welding, panel replacement, frame/unibody repair, and structural repair is a plus
I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus but not required
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team
Valid driver’s license preferred
