Through his leadership, Jamie has helped strengthen collaboration with Montgomery County Public Schools and the Automotive Trades Foundation, aligning education with real-world industry needs. His work has expanded workforce development opportunities through Washington Area New Automobile Dealers Association training programs, while also supporting schools with vehicle and equipment donations, access to hands-on training, and the creation of internships and apprenticeships for students.

We are proud to share that has once again reaffirmed its commitment to education and community support during a visit to Paint Branch High School, where over 500 students attended an assembly. Berry Feiz, General Manager of DARCARS Lexus of Silver Spring, shared his career journey and encouraged students to pursue success through hard work, integrity, and accountability.
The event also included Montgomery County Councilmember Kristin Mink and Steve Boden, supervisor for the Automotive Trades Foundation within MCPS. We are so proud of these partnerships and our team who help make them happen!
